Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Used or damaged toys
Items without original packaging
Products missing tags or labels
Return Process
1.Contact our support team at support@chipety.com within 30 days of delivery
2.Provide your order number and reason for return
3.We'll email you a return authorization number and instruction
4.Pack items securely in original packaging
5.Include the return authorization number inside the package

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Chipety is not responsible for lost return packages
Inspection and Processing
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
All returns are inspected upon arrival
You will receive email confirmation when your return is processed
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund
The value of the refund will match the original purchase price
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange for replacement or refund
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
